Venturing into Soweto, I navigated through bustling streets and vibrant markets. Here, amidst the hustle and bustle, I delved deep into the heartbeat of township life, I hungout with locals and soaked in the sights and sounds of everyday existence.

Adorned with vibrant murals, these former cooling towers now serve as a backdrop for adrenaline-pumping activities, offering visitors a unique perspective on the township’s evolving landscape. Underneath the towers lies a chilled out chisanyama called ChafPozi.
As I rode down Vilakazi Street, I got reminded of the street’s historic significance as the only place in the world to have housed two Nobel Prize winners, Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
