Motorrad Sandton S1000RR/S1000R/S1000XR Breakfast Run to Sun City: A Thrilling Ride and Technical Showcase
On a crisp Sunday morning of 19 November 2023, road fast motorcycles made their way to Sandton BMW Motorrad, setting the stage for an exhilarating Breakfast Run to Sun City. This event was not just a casual ride; it was an opportunity for riders to experience the power and precision of the S1000RR, S1000R, and S1000XR, while also delving into the technical expertise of the workshop team.
The day kicked off with a gathering at the dealership, where riders were treated to steaming cups of coffee amidst a backdrop of custom race bikes meticulously crafted by the workshop. The pièce de résistance was the special S1000RR, once ridden by AJ and Sakkie during the legendary Isle of Man TT race.

After regrouping, the convoy set out for Sun City via the blissful N4 Rustenburg route.
Upon arrival at Sun City, the usual entrance fee was waived, courtesy of BMW Sandton, and the Cabanas restaurant warmly welcomed the group. A sumptuous buffet breakfast awaited the riders, with a special reservation made at R160 per rider.
